    • Friday, February 15, 12- 1 pm in the Brooks Reading Room, Library 2nd Floor
    • Come hear from vet students currently enrolled in LMU's College of Veterinary Medicine. Chat and ask them questions about their experiences applying and getting into vet school!

  • Intro to VMCAS
    • ​Friday, March 1, 11:30 am - 1 pm
      • Lunch: 11:30 - 1 in the Brooks Reading Room, Library 2nd Floor
      • VMCAS Demo: 12 - 1 in the Library Classroom, Library 2nd Floor
    • Join Holly Napier, CVM's Director of Student Services Admissions, as she walks through the Veterinary Medical College Application Service (VMCAS) to familiarize yourself with the system and get advice about using this important application tool!

  • Essay Writing
    • Friday, March 8, 11:30 am - 1 pm
      • Lunch: 11:30 - 1 in the Brooks Reading Room, Library 2nd Floor
      • Essay Writing session: 12 - 1 in the Library Classroom, Library 2nd Floor
    • The essay is your first opportunity to "talk" to the veterinary school you are applying to. Dr. Beth Kitts-Morgan, Assistant Professor of Physiology at CVM, and Faythe Thurman, Access Services Librarian, will discuss best practices in writing essays for veterinary school applications and library resources to find good content for those essays!
