Why can’t I view the Piper Catalog?

If you have problems viewing the Piper Catalog, you may need to set up your browser differently.

In Internet Explorer,

1. Select Tools > Internet Options
2. Within the Temporary Internet Files box, click the “Settings” button
3. Any of the first three selections are acceptable. “Never” as an option should not be selected.
4. Click OK twice to exit the Internet Options menu.
5. Try to access The Piper Catalog again. If you are experiencing more problems, please contact the library.
