LoanSome Doc

Loansome Doc is a service provided by the National Library of Medicine which enables users to order documents found in PubMed.

After registering for Loansome Doc, users can order articles from a list of citations retrieved from PubMed by sending requests for the full-text documents to their preferred ‘ordering library.’ Lincoln Memorial University’s Lon and Elizabeth Parr Reed Medical and Allied Health Library gladly serves as the ordering library for unaffiliated physicians in Bedford, Campbell, Overton, Scott, Sumner, Smith, and Wilson counties, as well as any other unaffiliated area physicians or health-care providers.
