Electronic copies of passing papers are to be …
• Submitted by the student, to the instructor, as a Word file, using the designated file-naming format (see below)
• submitted by faculty to the program director before the day grades are due
• archived by the program director for assessment purposes
• forwarded from the program director to the SEWS director by email the day grades are due
• Electronically archived by the SEWS director and on SharePoint
File-Naming Format:
For consistency and ease of archiving, please name the Word doc file using this format:
Last NameFirst Initial_Course Prefix & Number & Section/SEWS Letter_ Semester Abbreviation & Two-Digit Year.docx
EX: SmithJ_ENGL310Ax_Sp11.doc
