Writing for Publication--Nursing
This guide provides information and resources for nurses intending to share their research or knowledge by publishing.
How can you determine an appropriate journal for publishing your article? Try the following:
1) Refer to the lists available through the websites linked here
2) Search the CINAHL Publications list from within the CINAHL database. You are able to click on a journal title and to read a description of the journal. You may also browse the nursing and allied health titles available via CINAHL here.
3) Refer to Ulrich's Periodical Directory via our library databases. The Ulrich's database provides detailed, comprehensive, and authoritative information on serials published throughout the world. Enter your topic or discipline, such as psychiatric nursing, in the search box, and use the limits on the left-hand side of your results to refine your search.
