Torts Spring 2020: Restatements

Restatements of the Law are sets of treatises,  published by the American Law Institute, that seek to inform legal professionals about general principles of common law. The Second and Third Restatement of the Law for Torts are available to DSOL students through Westlaw (linked below), as well as LexisNexis and Hein Online.
