The purpose of both annotated bibliographies and literature reviews is to help you:
Annotated Bibliography: This looks like a works cited page with additional information about the sources added after the citations. It will be easiest to start with the annotated bibliography in order to get you thinking about your sources and how you will use them in your own paper.
Literature Review: The literature review looks more like an essay with an introduction, body, and conclusion. You will use it to put together everything that you've thought about in the annotated bibliography in a more ordered, thoughtful way.
