Information Literacy: Citations Styles

This is a general guide and not necessarily exhaustive, individual instructors may require something different. Always ask your instructor for each class which style they require.

Both the library catalog and Google Scholar will create citations for you in APA, MLA, AMA and more. Always remember to double-check any computer-generated citations.

Library Catalog: Click on  tab inside catalog record for your source.

Google Scholar--Click on  tab on the bottom left inside source box.

: Click on Start now and type in a title, URL, ISBN or another identifier. Use the drop box to choose the citation style.
