What is the policy on quiet and group study spaces?
The library offers both quiet and group study spaces to accommodate different needs:
- Quiet Study Spaces: These areas are designated for individual work and should be kept free from distractions. Please keep noise to a minimum, including conversations, and use headphones when listening to audio at a low volume.
- Group Study Spaces: These areas are designed for collaborative work and allow for group discussions. Study rooms may be available and can often be reserved in advance. Please be respectful of others and keep noise at a reasonable level.
Signs are posted to indicate which areas are quiet and which are for group study. If you're unsure, library staff can help direct you to the appropriate space.
